We are recruiting a Sales Executive to promote funded and non-funded training solutions within the Early Years sector. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with a passion for education, strong communication skills, and a drive to succeed in a fast-paced sales environment.
You will manage a mix of inbound leads and proactive outbound calls, helping childcare settings identify their training needs and recommending the most suitable qualifications for their staff. You will also have the opportunity to cross-sell software and website solutions to support business growth.
This is a fully remote position — you’ll work independently from home while staying closely connected to your team through virtual meetings, training, and collaboration tools.
Make targeted outbound calls each day and follow up on inbound leads quickly.
Convert leads into prospective learners and book appointments within 5 business days.
Confidently present training solutions, explaining benefits clearly and enthusiastically.
Overcome objections professionally and secure appointment attendance.
Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities with existing customers.
Research the market and share insights with the Sales and Marketing teams.
Build strong, long-term relationships with childcare settings.
Take time to understand each client’s needs to recommend the right solutions.
Adapt your approach to suit different types of customers.
Provide clear, helpful information about courses and services.
Ensure learners meet eligibility criteria before referring them to a Training Advisor.
Accurately record all activity in the company’s CRM system.
Schedule and coordinate appointments for Training Advisors.
Provide regular activity updates to your manager.
Manage your inbox effectively and respond to enquiries on the same day.
You’ll be a great fit if you have:
Previous experience in sales or solution-based selling.
Strong communication skills — written and verbal.
Confidence speaking on the phone and presenting information.
A self-motivated attitude and positive mindset.
Ability to work under pressure and meet targets.
Excellent organisation and attention to detail.
Comfort working remotely and managing your own workload.
You’ll also align with the company’s values:
Commitment to your goals and development
Challenge — willing to suggest improvements
